Join us for our 200 hour Yoga Teacher Training in Coral Springs from Dec 2 – 31, 2023
This Coral Springs Yoga Teacher Training on the 200 hour level is Yoga Alliance approved.
After successful completion of our Yoga Teacher Training in Coral Springs at Ignite Yoga & Fitness in Coral Springs you are eligible to receive the RYT-200 (Registered Yoga Teacher) designation from the Yoga Alliance.

November 4th & 5th, 2023 Saturday and Sunday: 12pm – 6pm
During this training you will learn all about the teachings of Yin Yoga as well as:
– Yin Yoga History and Philosophy
– Yin Yoga Asanas
– Connective Tissue and Fascia
– Intended Areas Asanas Stretch/Open
– Modification and Props for Asanas
– Counterposes and Rebound
– Compression versus Tension
– Yoga Anatomy
– Understanding varying body types/limitations in this practice
– Physical, Energetic and Mental benefits of the practice
– Yin Yoga Class Building
Feb 11th & 12th Sat 12:30pm to 6:30pm, Sun 12pm to 3pm
In this 8 Hr workshop we will discuss the first two Limbs: Yamas and Niyamas
How we connect to ourselves and how we relate to the world.
These are our Yoga tools to living a morally just and ethical life, within ourselves, our families and our communities.
In this 8 hr workshop we will learn all about meditation and the importance it can have in your life.
We will close both days with a meditation practice.
